This past month has seen big change in the building! All framing is complete and the exterior sheathing is finished. The window installation is more than half complete. The roofing has been completed and the exterior trim is nearly done. Furniture and fixtures for the dining area and kitchen are being obtained. The rough plumbing is complete and has passed inspection including water, sewer, and gas piping. The electricians have been busy running conduit and now will begin pulling wires and installing other electrical gear. Mechanical heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems are coming along quite nicely. The boilers were installed the first week of October. Doors have been ordered and stucco application will begin soon. An additional storage area is being created between the new building and the existing gymnasium storage area.
